Not trying to knock you or anything but an easier way is to click [^] on the very bottom left of iTunes to show the artwork. Then select a song, or multiple songs if it's an album, and drag the .jpg from the desktop(or anywhere) into the empty artwork space. They will all contain that artwork from then on.
