K guy's I took my subs out of the box to check the connections and found out it was a "bad", lol connection because it was only 3 strands of wire hanging onto the ring terminal. I had all of my connections crimped so thats probably why it broke the connection form the terminal.

So I took out all of my sub wires and got brand new terminals and soldered them all. You think that will hold stronger and longer?

Like I said before, I noticed that the one sub wasn't moving as much for quite sometime now and just played it anyways and It seemed pretty damn loud for 600 (300rms cuz one sub was working on a 2 channel amp). But my question is do you guy's think it will be louder since it will be 2 times the cone area and 2 times the power?

Dumb question but whatcha think?

i think so. i had four of these in my truck, and one had broken lead wires, and i re soldered them and it was noticeably louder.

Cool thanks, I'm hoping it will be at least a little bit of a difference. :D

Well guy's I got my system back up and running and it's a night and day difference with 2 times the power and cone area. I'm glad I got in the mood to find out what was up.
