meade916
thanks guys ya its hard not to slack a little when i get lazy. I hate sanding and thats all i did last weekend so im having trouble talking myself into going out there. Maybe ill go handle a few little loose ends tonite just so i can say i did SOMETHING. I know i gotta "mud" and smooth the inside of the port a little...even though its fiberglassed like crazy on the backside its still made of particle board and is very pourus. Ill fix that up....no prob, just have to get my ass out there and do it ;D Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! meade916
got a little bit done today...finally starting to clean up the trunk area. I dont have the cash for good batterys right now so ill use these Motorcraft batterys until then. Sucks but you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes. Anyway heres the pics. Too late to start crimping now, gotta keep ALL of em soldered When soldering INSIDE the car to a wire thats already ran...this will do for a vice. Now some side pieces to clean up the old garbage Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong! meade916
Side pieces in, batterys wired up. 2x2 wood battens will hold the bottom cover above the batterys. It will be removable to get to all the stuff when i need to. Yes, i will also be running my 2 RF 40 farad caps as well. When i had them in last time they really seemed to help on daily bumping. Since im short on batterys this will help probably. At least i have the 216 amp alt up front. Now im almost ready to put some amps back there, they will fit like a glove if i do this the way im thinking. After some major trimming out this trunk should look PIMP (if i can pull it off!)
