Now the question I got 3 hifonics 1200 watt amps super cheap I was just going to buy 1 more online and run one amp per coil they are the d2 fully loaded now would this work ok or is it stupid? tacomabanga1986 Posted October 12, 2009 Report Share Posted October 12, 2009 should work, u can buy a max link n run ur signal into it n then out to the sub amps n they will all be tuned the same, so i see nothing wrong with it, but i wouldn't try it without maxlink cause it can run pos n neg outputs from it so im not that sure on it but 4 amps on 2 subs should work, what kinda batterys n how many u got? I was looking a maxxlink but you really think I need 1 I thought I could just set them all exactly the same as far as gain, l/p, ect. I can't remeber if you can strap those... 1400-1600 rms??? Each amp is 1200. I know hifonics amps are over rated but I think it will be a bit higher than 1400 per sub.
