96saturnsl Posted April 28, 2007 Report Share Posted April 28, 2007 Ive also got 2 12" alpine type R's...i like em...my amp doesnt have enough power to push em to what they need tho....they are only on half power but they still flex my windsheild...there pretty good subs...just make sure u have a amp to push them pretty good with and the right enclosure ( my enclosure is a lil small ). hope this helps ya Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

civichatch Posted May 2, 2007 Report Share Posted May 2, 2007 I recomended that amp to him becuase it is the exact RMS the sub can take and I have had a good experience with my MTX amp. It has come to life now that im running it at 2 ohms. What do you guys think about that amp. I dont want to be giving bad advice to him seeing as this is his first system.
