my big 3 is grounded near where the sway bar is. Out back the batteries are grounded straight to the frame. Go straight to the frame when possible.

My System:

4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors)

8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash)

1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs)

OK, In my Sonoma...

Eng Block to Frame.

same spot on frame to - of front battery.

Rear batteries to frame

All Rear batteries also to - of front battery

Hed some eng noise, but it ended up being the ground fron the head unit... Ran that straight to the front battery as well.
