xX MocK
OK. So I have 3 different choices to think about. Hmmm...Anyone ever use one of these three amps? http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_19812_...am+Di475.1.html I know it's cheap, but I've been unable to work because of a severe injury. I'd be able to buy this one after 1, possibly 2, weeks once I get back to work. http://onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_2139...ate_R500-1.aspx A bit more expensive and definitely out of my price range for now. But it's an RF, sooooo..... http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_...cs_BXI_610.aspx Dam near perfect for my needs. About the same price as the RF, so It'd be outta the question for at least 3 more weeks while I get back on my feet. But not impossible. you would probably be more happy with your setup if you saved 50 bucks more for the RF or Hifonics. I would save up

I would save up Yeah. I'm thinking about the RF right now. I'd like to have one. Plus I like the specs on it and I know they're underrated, so I'd have some head room. I've got another week to decide, so I'm in no real hurry. Plenty of time to think. Anyone have any actual experience with an RF R500-1? EDIT: id get a sundown 125.5 and bridge it If I can find one for around 150 USD, I'll think about it. Thanks for the info. spl4life
i would go for the RF amp... ive built a couple t-lines... even if its underpowerd... it will still kick hard... my first tline was for 2 old pioneer 10s only doing 150w rms on a 4channel kenwood amp... it was jus a test box... but man was i suprised with its preformance... foreverbumpin is right.. to much power will kill your sub in the tline... check out my build in my sig.. youll see what i mean.. 1992Chevy K1500
I'm reading it now. The whole reason I want a Tline is because it will be loud off of just a little power. I read and re-read Forevrbumpn's tutorial and some other literature on Tline's and made up my mind. Thanks for all the info guys. I'll think about the choices over the next few days. Leaning towards the RF right now, but that could change. Thanks again.
