go over to j-body.org. I think its the engine cross brace that keeps it from laying out all the way.

i called airbagit.com

Do yourself a favor and lose that phone number.

And as just mentioned, pretty sure the engine crossmember is what holds the cars up.

If you and your buddy can do some fab work, you can make a newer, lower profile crossmember.

Also, you may have to look into different wheels. The offset/width may not allow for proper laying.

So you have decisions, there is no perfect answer here. Time and fab work. Money and wheels. AC or windows.

The bitter after-taste of a poor quality job will last far longer

than the sweetness of that cheap price!

anything will last if you take care of it. ya you can destroy air cylinders or cans is what we call em. i think eai or eas i forget the brand but they make some black and silver cans ( cylinders ) that handle 300 psi. i know strut bags never blow which is a plus but they also sell rebuild kits if the cylinder if something ever was to go wrong.

also air cylinders are alot cheaper than strut bags

get you some cylinders, they work awesome. Way better than the

strut bags in the front. Also if your cross member is touching the

ground you will have to raise it or get an aftermarket cross member.

but from the pics, it doesn't look like your close enough to the ground

to touch the cross member.

i dont hit right now but the blue cavy up there on cans it hit the crossmember but thats low enough as i have a bodykit anyways but i ordered a bodykit that was the same same as a stock z24 kit so i could still get so low to hit the crossmember just to find out my struts would not allow me to even get that low lol so once i get cans up front should be laying kit all around should be sweet
