I use my PC as a movie server and I really like Windows 7 Media Center.. you can also stream netflix through Media Center. I have a HD TV tuner in my PC also for recording like a tivo.

Using it now. Very fast. Just downloaded new Antivirus. I like the looks. Compatible with almost all of my hardware (my external wireless device doesn't have Windows 7 drivers yet, but I think they might soon).

Haven't run any performance tests yet, but downloads very fast. I'm only running 2 gigs of memory, but runs as fast as XP did when I had it. I'm not disappointed.

You fixed it already but here is how I did it...

Use a Vista driver and they work as if they are win7 drivers, you may need to right click the driver install app, click properties and set the compatibility mode to Vista SP1 to fool it into installing anyhow. Ive done many a driver that way during the Win 7 Beta.

i put fuses on power wires, and condoms on fuses, to keep the fuses safe!

LOL. read on. I already fixt-it. Did exactly what you suggested, but I had to manually install the driver.

if it can play flac i so want it.

Sadly and currently it does not play flac, only mp3.

That does not mean i have forgotten about it, there is flac support in the audio playing engine it's jut not enabled.

We wanted to get all of the UI based elements finished before we started working on non system typed elements.

But it will support flac, wmv, mp3 ect ect any format your computer will play it will support it.

I'll probably make a thread later regarding my music app so i can share it with everyone :D

The set up your talking about would sound great in my Tahoe. Trade you my dog for it. He has one eye but that only makes for bad depth perception so hey so what if he is running into shit, look at it this way he is easy to sneak up ninja style on. (right side only)
