I was thinking raffles were illegal which is why I never asked. Until, one was made and was like, "Why the heck not?" And I stopped my raffle today, because Steve can get in some serious trouble for being the head honcho here. Obviously if PayPal locks your account for investigation with the word "raffle" then there's something wrong.
