Nic Posted October 30, 2009 Report Share Posted October 30, 2009 the only way they can still be done is meade would have to do them and they would have to be free.... another forum im on(not car audio) does raffles but they are free... and the admin and the staff handle it all.... no members are allowed to do it and that with the free part keeps it legal in all states..
