etaks_crew Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 I get two different error messages when I log on to my user name. It doesn't do this when I log on the comp under my moms name. The two that show up are both runDLL ( IDK what that means ) One started about a day before the other and they wont go away. I've searched there name on the comp and get nothing. newls1 Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 go to run, type in msconfig, look under the startup tab, and see if you see those under it..... if so, UNCHECK the box next to it. actually, to make life easier look at the bottom of that screen and you will see an option to check in that reads, select all, or disable all startup options, then reboot.... I can't believe I didn't see it, it kind of blends in. But I got to them and unpicked them and she starts up without a problem. Does anyone know what these where or why they started doing this.
