truck_buster23
I'm confused by the owners manual of my amp it says for amps over 300 watts run the ground all the way to the battery. That cant be right wouldn't there be alot of feedback from such a long ground? If anyone knows why they say that please let me know. thanks, dan Quote Eclipse Hifonics Alpine Kinetik Optima Excessive Amperage alt
ChevyBoy
actually there wouldnt considering its grounded to where the power is coming from too. idk how, but it works out like that. all competitors have it like that if they only run one battery. truck_buster23
so do you think i should run the ground to the battery or can ground it in my trunk? Quote Eclipse Hifonics Alpine Kinetik Optima Excessive Amperage alt
ChevyBoy
you can ground it in your trunk. just find a good spot and scrape it clean of any paint. down to bare metal will work.
