if you're smart the 10's could get louder with more power

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

x2, Get the 12" XL's, they will be much easier to install also because the motor won't be bigger in diameter than the sub cut out diameter.

actually rusty is getting some new baskets made so the mounting ring is bigger than 10inches so you dont have to split the baffle but i dont know how soon those will be ready

this way you wont have to split the baffle
