Stephen Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 love the build so far and cant wait to see the 8 12's, but are u also going to get another 4 t4ks? i might have missed it somewhere i really dont think so 4500 watts might be a little much for a BTL 12 you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be. DC POWER

00sdime00 Posted May 12, 2008 Author Report Posted May 12, 2008 pshhhhh you got a shit ton of room in there. it would be easier to stick 4 more of those in than another altyok...let me rephrase it then ...my wife wouldn't approve of me dumping another $10K+ into the truck (including more batteries and the cost of the new subs, of course) Maybe waaaaay later down the road...if and when I decide to cover up the suspension All I need to add another alt...is the alt, an idler pulley, and a new belt....so less than $400...plus I already have the hard part on the bracket done...just need to make it a lil bigger..I have PLENTY of 1/4" aluminum lying around to redo it :lol: Instigator....
