slickemhoundd Posted December 6, 2009 Report Posted December 6, 2009 I just assembled a box to house three 10" BA G5's at 4.2 cubes with a double baffle and 16w x 3h port. My question is (since i can still fix if i fugded) When you measure the port length (depth) Do you measure from the bottom of the box and up the back wall? Or from the (assembled part) top of the port and up the curve? I want the box tuned at 34hz. Oh and heres some pics. And yes the box has come a long way from these pics, im actually workin on it now "God's country is like Heaven, Cause you can drive like HELL!!" Never Argue With An idiot. BulletInjection Posted December 6, 2009 Report Posted December 6, 2009 You measure from the center of the port My build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...8920&st=100 http://www.youtube.com/Bulletinjection
slickemhoundd Posted December 6, 2009 Author Report Posted December 6, 2009 You measure from the center of the port So id be measuring from 1.5 inches off the bottom and backside (of the box)? Maxim Posted December 6, 2009 Report Posted December 6, 2009 So id be measuring from 1.5 inches off the bottom and backside (of the box)? You are 100% correct. Measure down the dead center of the port. Also, if you can fit your hands down the port, try fitting a 45 in the corner. wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt
