Leon
Okay where to begin? This is what I drive... 00 Grand Prix GT Now I know some ppl are gonna be like POS Kenwoods but hey thats them. Just because Steve Meade doesn't use them and you don't see Kenwoods being used in comps doesn't mean there shit. Stock receiver New receiver Subs 2 12's Amp Nut shell Got a 4 gauge amp kit from Street Wires, then got a cheap $40 pre fab sealed box from Q-Logic for the subs. Soon one thing led to another. Entered my first comp at a local car show hit 134.4 (song: Jeezy - Prime Minister) 1st rd, then 132.2 (song: Jeezy - Hypnotized) 2nd rd. Yeah I know should of stuck with the first song but I was pretty new to the whole agenda. Met some really cool people at the show. Most of them were from Deadly Hertz. They gave a few pointers that helped improved my score and knowledge. A couple weeks went by and I was still curious how much could I get of my current setup. Retuned the amp and repositioned my box. Scheduled at mic session at Sound Of Tri State hit a 137.9 lol New setup coming soon... TΣÅM DΣÅDLY HΣRTZ
MOUZEBINN
I'm having a lot of trouble believing you hit 130+ dB or even 130dB for that matter in that type of car running a max of 900RMS... Not only that but those are 12" subwoofers that only take 400RMS each so you're not even using that 900RMS anyways... You should scrap that whole system and grab two AQ 12's or something not to be a jerk but Kenwood subwoofers are ick... Kenwood amps are ick, their head units are decen though... Not nocking your build, cause it's something but it sounds like you're bragging about something that didnt happen.
