Steph3n1
Im not sure what you mean by after displacements. like after all of the space the subs and port take up also called net box volume. what you currently looking at when you look at the google sketchup is gross box volume which does not include these. and memphis's website is confising as shit lol Quote 2005 Ford Ranger Reg cab Build in Progress T3 Audio T2000 12 ARC SE4000 Stinger HPM 1/0 Wire DC power 270xp Batts: 1 Redtop up front and a Stinger SPP2250 in the back Hopes to be in and around a 150....weel see my youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/steph3n1 Team DBs (Driven By sound)
03silvergt
Okay if the subs need 4.00-4.80 cubic feet and the smallest box I build will have 5.56 cubic ft. Will I have enough box for a port? I can build my box 5 inches taller and 3 inches deeper. 03silvergt
Would it hurt to have too much box cause the measurements I have are for a 5.56 cubic foot box. I get lost on measuring the port. How do I figure the calculations for that? How do I figure the calculations for that? yea to much box would make the subs go wowbonkers! on low notes and you dont want that. since you probably arent the best google sketchup user yet id try to get a general idea using RE box calculator Quote 2005 Ford Ranger Reg cab Build in Progress T3 Audio T2000 12 ARC SE4000 Stinger HPM 1/0 Wire DC power 270xp Batts: 1 Redtop up front and a Stinger SPP2250 in the back Hopes to be in and around a 150....weel see my youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/steph3n1 Team DBs (Driven By sound)
