Is This Not The Same Thing?

Recommended Posts

Local shop wanted to see my basket and mag so I unbolted it and he saw how I had my sub wired and said its wrong. I have mine wired liek the sub on the right with wire nuts so I could run larger speaker wire to each coil. He said that is not a 10hm load on a dual 2 sub lol. I said its still a 1ohm load lol. Am I wrong?

what is positive from 1 coil to neg on the other coil and then neg to pos from that coil back to other coil then running out 1 neg on one side and 1 pos on the other side, i thought that would be a 1ohm load on a 2ohm sub ?

Man it looks the same to me.
