that box looks tight man. Do you have all the dimensions for it? Yeah i would rather it be 38hz for the type of music i play.

I would like a double baffle too and if its not a problem, could you make it without the kerf ports?

Ya, i got dimmensions for it and a cut list, maybe even a cut sheet somewhere. 2x baffle, all you do is add another sheet of MDF on top, so itll make the box 3/4" taller than mine was. HIGHLY SUGGEST BRACING INTERNALLY 1" dowel rod works great. If you dont brace it, dont be surprised when screws break. Are you in any kinda hurry to get this built or no?

Shit, if youre in the chicago area and got like $40 the box is yours. It isnt the prettiest in person, but it got plenty loud. It wont fit in my trunk, and i dont have any other car to put it in. Its been collecting dust in my garage since Aug.

You might be a Redneck if you use your leftover gutters for a speaker box port...

alright, ill try and get those done for ya by the weekend. I work 6a-230p so when i get off i usually am a lazy bastard, or got shit to do. Today was a bit of both. Had to do a lil cleanin, and just overall lazy. But ya, Should be able to get those to ya this week. Should be able to do it with one sheet of MDF too. Thats all mine took, and i fucked up and had to re cut pieces, and your port will be shorter.

Will work out a cutlist for you, cut sheet is up to you to figure out.

Top is 1.5 in thick. Port is 15.5 x 5. Box shoud be good as long as you brace it properly. I recommend 1" dowel rod.

would have gone with port down the middle as that would provide "free" bracing and box would be symmetrical internally, so less chance of loading issues.

that what i ended up doing and i went ahead and double layered the whole thing.
