BHSskaterBHS Posted December 19, 2009 Report Share Posted December 19, 2009 Yesterday i decided to go to home depot and pick me up some 3/4 to build me a new box that jmitch helped me design. It is 33w x 44d x 15t and the ports are 12w x 15d x 4.5t, i do not really know what that is tuned too but it slams harder than anything i have ever built. i am so pleased with the results and LOVE working on my car. I also hooked up a radiator fan up to my amp; i know its kinda ghetto but its clean and it works! I also wired up a little 200 watt amp to power my 4 tweeters coming in soon! i really love car audio and this site! thanks for the help everyone. BanginOnABudget Posted December 19, 2009 Report Share Posted December 19, 2009 not that bad for xplods...but you should set 2 aside and build a quarter wave for 2 of them... just my opinion. im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt.
