You will not like it if your alarm keep going off because of someone driving by with loud music. lol. i did alarm with a air horn at the shop was not able to keep the horn from sounding durring alarm arm and dis arm.

Wire the air horn to your door/trunk/hood/pins(diode isolate)...this way,they only go off if someone opens one of these.

we need one with a 115 db efficent tweeter that plays a 3000-4000 hz wave that can only be shut off when the vehicles alarm system is armed or disarmed via remote source?

Uh, that's basically what an internal screamer is.

You can use a latching relay with a 15 second delay circuit on it to turn on other stuff. I knew a guy with an industrial warehouse siren (biiiig sucker) up inside his dash. Turned on after 15 seconds and only if the door triggered (so no falsing on the shock sensor) - dunno exactly how he wired it but DAMN, no way you could stick your head under the dash to look for the brain with that thing wailing at you. It was insane, made you feel ill.

I had my alarm burp my system back in 2003.

It was a 160 dB alarm.
