Trying to hook this shit up and it's confusing the hell out of me! I have to have to best quality possible and video. I don't care about controlling the ipod directly, I would like to control it from the Alpine h/u. The Ebay cords just pull the audio and video off the pins on the dock connector. In fact if I understand what I'm reading, the KCE plugs into the DVD-changer port on your deck as well Quote 10.x volts fo' life!

inm Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 The way I'm reading it is this: Back seat passengers use the iPod itself to select what they watch, the the audio/video is just read from the pins and the cable shows video and whatever on your screens.
