I had a problem awhile ago and i almost paid the $ to do it. I dont know how accurate it is, i would read some reviews before you go that route.. I looked for a free one for a long time and couldnt find one. For 7 years I did bill collections and skip tracing and we could have run this in inquisitor or accurint for 25 cents to a dollar, tops. And even if it is a cell in his name (which it probably is) the databases are not perfect. Not sure what the police use but they probably have something similar to what bill collectors use, i'm not sure.. but it could be a better one too.
