C-Fizzy Posted January 4, 2010 Report Share Posted January 4, 2010 and it all comes down to the cop, Logan, they are legal in california, but when i had one a cop had pulled me over and told me they were illegal, i knew otherwise but i didnt want to argue with him so i just took it down.
