flashlight_65
I plan on getting 2- t400.4's (new model) and 2- t4000.1's and was curious about a couple things, first if one of the t4k's has a higher output wattage than the other which do i make the master? Second between the t400.4's if i run one at 2 ohms and the other at 4 ohm can they also be interconnected together via rca's since they have a different impedance? Boon
Use the lower power one as the master and yes you can connect them via RCA, they'll just need the gains set differently. Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
flashlight_65
Thanks for clearing that up for me Boon, but i noticed the new T400.4's dont have an signal output. Would i have to use a y-splitter at the deck and 2 sets of rca's? Quote My builds: my caddy my 'hoe friends impala
Boon
Much cheaper and easier to run 1 set of RCAs to the trunk or whatever then split it and run 2 1ft RCAs to your amps But yeah. Quote 10.x volts fo' life!

Boon
set gains on master and the slave is for fine tunein Negative... with bd-sync the master controls the gain for the slave. Which is why you use the slightly less powerful amp as the master Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
