Yup, positive to positive, negative to negative. Parallel, not series. I fused the runs to the rear both up front near the front battery and in the back, to protect against any kind of shorts in the line (mine runs under my truck so its kind of exposed). I didn't fuse the runs from the rear batteries to the amps, but those runs are short (couple feet) so I figured them safe enough without fuses. You also don't necessarily need to run the amp power/ground from the last battery, as all of the batteries are in parallel, so if it's easier to run it off the first battery then that'll work just fine.
