Alot of people have problems with them. Never shipping out items, saying an item is in stock, when it's not, and crap like that. Edit: IMO Crutchfield is overpriced, most of the HU's there are $50 or more dollars cheaper on SonicElectronix and eBay. I do like how they sort everything out for your ride though. That is true but they are also an authorized dealer on every product they sale.
