sundownz
... do not call from a blocked number or name, your call will not be answered. Sales people love calling us so we do not answer these calls. Also... MUCH more effective than leaving a phone message would be to e-mail me if you can't reach us by phone on the first try. We don't publish the number on our site since it is NOT the best way to reach us... often times we cannot get to the phone. sundownz
If at all possible to contact us ANY other way do not call... the phone pretty well rings all day long and we cannot possibly answer it all day or nobody would get their products. Try emailing me, brandon, or a rep before calling... do not call unless you MUST do so. sundownz
I am going to bump this up... phone call volume is up probably 1000% in the last 2 months and we honestly cannot answer it most of the time. We are VERY busy and don't have a dedicated person whose job is just to answer phones. If you cannot reach ME via email then try Brandon -- [email protected] This way you won't be waiting on me for a long time if I'm backed up. sundownz
IMO... when talking on the phone you cannot give your attention to someone while doing something else. Most of what we do is either loud (testing amps / taping up boxes) or requires full attention (building woofers)... or for that matter we may be a hundred feet from a phone over in the warehouse section. Hence why I prefer as much email contact as possible and as little phone contact as possible. If we answered every call we would be on the phone 8 hours a day and nobody would get their orders -- so it's not that we don't appreciate our customers or that we don't want to talk to them, we just cannot answer the phone for the entire work day. I am hoping to bring in a full time "office person" at some point next year once we move into our new facility... so then calling won't be so much of an issue.
