Chris
Alright, first question: I looked inside both my T1000.1bd's today with a flashlight & the one I got from Chode has a green circuit board, but the one I bought from Powerfanatic has a red one. Also, the seem to have different size capacitors on the inside. My question is why, & will they still be linkable if from different "generations?" Question two: I am going to once again be doing an install tomorrow for my brother-in-law's 2001 Blazer. It will consist of 2 15" Performance Teknique 600watt rms subs, 1 profile AP2000 & a 2farad digital cap with 4 gauge all around. The question for this is since I will be inverting the subs in a sealed box, how will I have to wire them? Will - become + & vice versa? I've looked through the forum pretty well, but can't seem to find a definite answer. Who wants a gold star for helpin' ya boi Chris out? Chris
The amp has no phase setting if that's what you're referring to. jcm1689
if they are both going to be inverted im pretty positive you can just wire them normal. Quote R.I.P. BassJunkie
Both inverted you can wire them normal, because they are moving the same directions, not fighting each other. Chris
Okay thanks guys! I'll be sure to get plenty of pics this time & a video maybe. I've never done a setup in an SUV before, but I have a feeling this thing is gonna pound pretty good. Any thoughts on my other question? j_black10
Any thoughts on my other question? You still will be able to master/slave those amps together. It seems though that one amp may be more powerful than the other. I know some of the earlier model T10001bd only put out alittle over 1000w @ 1ohm and the newer models are around 1500w @ 1ohm. My board is red and mine is a refurb of the 2006 model. It didn't come with a birthsheet but I know it's putting out around 1500w rms.
