If not, it will error if you type in anything other than m the first time. It needs to be inside that do loop so it kills the new line each time enter is pressed. Once you get more advanced, there are ways to get rid of that new line character. There are functions that do it for you, or you store the variables as stings instead of characters. You read the string until you see the new line. At that point, the new line is gone and the input is wating for the next character. C++ is much better for input and output.
