would going from a tuned 40 to 33 hz make a big difference??

my box right now is tuned to 40hz, im planning on hitting dem lows!

so will it be a big diffrence ?

ALSO IF I COULD GET SOME HELP ON MAKING A 8 Cu.ft BOX TUNED TO 33Hz IF YOU RECOMEND TUNNING LOWER?

God yes...but Mofo's don't like anything too low

OH hell yeah it will just now your more higher frequency wont be as loud as you'd remember them..but hte low notes hit it RIGHT ..and i see you got a epicenter you planning on bumping some corridos??cause they will sound fucking awesome with that low tuned box belive me i;ve never heard los inquietos sound so bad ass lol

That's why they don't deliver.

Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait.

You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start :D

I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do.

im sure you will notice a difference, but what you make up for in lows will lack in the highs, id recommend around 35hz... Im sure your box will still sound good down low and not lack up high as well.

throw some dimensions up for your 8 cube box and ill see what i/other member come up with.

Those are really SPL subs..... they have a FS of 40hz

what would be a good tuning freq?

what do you mean by spl subs?

i know but i want to tune them lower.id say like around 33-35Hz?
