id do 2 8" prosound woofers, UNDER your seats and target the 70-500hz range. Lower the frequency the less "directional" the sound is, in other words a tweeter has to point at your head, a midbass would not.

How would I go about fitting an 8" woofer under my seat?

not in that vehicle... I owned one at one time, did an 8-5-tweet in each door and the back hatch, along with 5-tweet in a kick panel, motorized amp racks, eq rack, cap rack... all phoenix gold... wish I had some pics... it was crazy 3 eq232's a cyclone, 2 zx450's, a reactor amp... circa 1998-9

oh the days

as adding under your seat the mid... that is the worst sounding setup I heard in real life... most the new BMW's come like that... and it is horrid

they make higher end gear out there for a reason, sometimes the inexpensive stuff does not cut it, shoot for the higher end gear or see a local shop that knows what they are doing
