There is no back seat, it is an el camino interior. Only a two seater.

Damn, make me feel like an ass. On my testament, I was on my crackberry so I had lesser quality pictures. Now that I'm on the desktop they're much clearer. I like the Camino's look. Any clue how he did the Majestics into the headliner? Foam or what?

Yes, he just cut foam and glued the material on top of that.

  • 2 weeks later...

Was able to put in a little work this weekend.

Cleaned up the glass work with the dremel:

Laid down some filler:

Was able to knock down the filler, and hit it with a second coat:

And although there are still a couple high spots I have to knock down, here they are about 85% finished with the suede armrest sitting in place to check fit:

Some work being done to my upper a arms before being sent in to Re-Chrome. I wasn't happy with how they turned out, had a couple small blemishes, and "yellow spots" where the copper wasn't polished out enough so the chrome looked yellow.

Should be sent in for chroming again later this week, or early next.

Was able to make some progress on the frame this weekend. Sand blasted the bumper shocks as well as some other small random areas that needed it:

Went through the frame with a 4" angle grinder and scuffed up the metal to get a good mechanical bond with the filler:

Laid down the mud:

And let the sanding begin:

Looking good. I would have to say, you could probably win car shows alone with just the frame.. I mean when you're done it's going to be the taj mahal in its self lol. Keep up the good work.
