Do i need a new alternator?

i actually had their spl 10 before and it was alright, it was loud for a 10 but didnt sound that great but i also had it in a box that was probably too small but if you build a box good enough they will sound good off the 1500 rms

if you wanna save money i would get batteries cus alternaor would cost like arournd three to four hundred bucks..and with them four hundred bucks you can get like 2 or 3 batteries

2 or 3 wet (lead acid) batteries that are 600 cranking amps? Lol

Not to mention when those batteries all go dead from bumping your stereo and your trying to charge half dead batteries with a lower amperage stock alt that is not meant to do so you can watch the smoke roll out from under your hood.
