wow someone knows how to use punctuation.

most likely bad RCA's

i believe the reason behind it is there is a flow of energy still (meaning bad ground i think) which causes a humming sound

so for a good ground , ground the amp to the frame and both my batteries and the big 3????

and replace the rca's to the amp??

i was talkin bout the rca ground

replace the rca's first.

if it persists then mess with power grounds starting with the amp.

Yeah I had the same problem with my first system. Got new RCAs and scraped away to bare metal on my power and battery grounds. Fixed the problem.
