cvrs wired to idk?

i just got some cvrs 4 ohmsand i think they are wired to 8 ohms, like the 2nd pic of

are they better at 2 ohms or 8?

What amp? Most amps put out more power at 2 ohms than at 8 ohms.

right now i got it to a cheap 3K performance technique amp, which is really like what? 2600 rms?

but i need the cash and gonna sell that one for 150 and got a 1600 watt performance techniqe again, but also got a 1k kenwood. can i like put those together to make a 2600 watt one? lol dumb question hu..

so i should wired them to 2 ohms? i sure will!!

Sorry to tell ya bro but that Performance Teknique amp is prolli putting out no more than 1k watts and even that would be a stretch IMO. They are some of the single most overrated amps on the market. Also you can't combine two different amps from different companies to create a single amp. There are many amps on the market can be strapped together(2 of the same amps) and can be wired almost like one amp.

How many CVRs do u have?? and what amp are they currently being run on?? Do u have any idea how to properly set gains??

i sold 2, and got 2 L7 12s. but i just bought 2 new ones 15 cvrs still on the 3K but gonna change it tmrw to the 1.6L .

um yea, i supose, my amp is it on the side, you can move them like flat head screws with a flat screw driver?

Honestly, if I HAD to use a Performance Technik amp I would use the biggest one possible, which is the 3k in your case. Why switch to the 1600 anyways, you'll probabily really get like 500watts anyways, so I say stick with the 3k.

And yes he meant those things but he meant if you knew how to do it the right way cuz that might cost you some woofers if you do something wrong and send a clipped signal to your subs.
