My ride is a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado and so far I am 2/3 finished with the Big 3 upgrade and already have 1 run of 0 gauge completed. The truck is quad cab with the 3rd door (Pics coming soon) Wiring for the Big 3....Thanks to some help from 1 of Steve's vids I actually soldered these bad boys... The system will consist of.......(Pics coming soon) Subwoofers-RE Audio SEX15d4 x 2 Sub Amp-Hifonics BXI-2610D Multi Channel-Hifonics DXI-6410 Front Stage-2 sets of RE Audio 6.5 Components and RE Audio REX8d4 when I figure out where to put them I currently have 1 extra Battery a Kinetic-HC800 (plan to upgrade to 4 soon) Stock Alternator will also get upgraded to a 200 amp just not decided which 1 to go with yet..... Initial plans for the box include 3/4 MDF double walled of course. The dimensions are 48x22x20 subs and port up. Port will be in the center and is 16hx3wx15d for a 30hz tune if Im correct..... This is all for the moment I will start posting pics of Equipment and Big 3 shortly.

They have pretty good sound quality just have to watch the power to them and make sure I am running my high pass filter at around 80 hz My woman loves me, hates my habit.

The truck is quad cab with the 3rd door (Pics coming soon) if the big 3 has 3 parts...and you have one wire done...wouldnt you be 1/3 of the way finished? just bustin your balls sounds like it should be a decent lil build

I have the Positive charge cable and the Chassis to battery cables done for the big 3 in 0 gauge of course. Maybe when the snow melts I can get the other finished and actually pick up 4 sheets of MDF and get busy.

craigtabor Posted February 7, 2010 Author Report Posted February 7, 2010 I got around to starting the platform for my enclosure. Will be more to it once the enclosure is complete. The amp rack will be in front of the enclosure but not sure yet if it will be flat or angled. Also have some SPL Tiles on the way for that naked metal and the roof.

I am off to Home Depot tomorrow after work to get the enclosure materials. Hopefully I can get started on Monday since I am off on a holiday......

Also my second Kinetik HC800 and SPL tiles will be here Friday so I can finish this thing up this weekend. Here's the port..... Who uses a jigsaw for cutting holes anyway... Not bad though... Taking shape Bracing... So this is it for now...I will update more this weekend when I finish the amp rack, wiring and get this thing covered.....
