07 Avalnche 2 18 FI Sundown 3500d Zapco 1000.4 Reference

the belt that came in the package did not fit it is to short i went to the automotive shop and got this one its like 3/4 inch longer and it barely fits. i think the one dom sent was for two iraggi alts with undersized pulleys the factory alt pulley is larger i think that was the prob. so ask for this part # if you use the factory alt

the almost finished project i have not hooked up the small yellow wire i do not know where to tie it in if anyone knows please pm me

look how close the belt is to the left factory alt bolt i think i should change it to the smaller pulley

got the front anl in but when i went to solder lugs i kept getting cold joints i think i got the wrong solder it says electrical but its not 60 / 40 and i have no flux
