lol the whole point of the fuse is to protect the wire.... if the first one happens to some how magiclly not work (arc the power or something) then all the wire up until the 2nd one is fried so putting one right next to the 2nd battery as a back up is useless. If anything just buy quality fuse holders and fuses and you will be fine but if you want to spend money on a second one put it right next to the first

theres no such thing as too expensive when it comes to upgrades like that, because imo if you are gonna spend to upgrade then do it correctly rather then be a cheap ass ricer

if you're saying that somehow there is a short in the power line and all the wire up until the 2nd battery is fried, so what's stopping the 2nd battery from exploding?

whoops forgot about getting a short... i thought you ment the main goal of the second one was to blow if the first didnt.
