emperorjj1
you dont need 2 fuses on the bat 1 to bat 2 line Quote J. dleccord
no you dont. but i'd take my chances. the wire could be 15+ feet long. who knows what kinda shit could happen. but def. fuse before distro block. emperorjj1
lol the whole point of the fuse is to protect the wire.... if the first one happens to some how magiclly not work (arc the power or something) then all the wire up until the 2nd one is fried so putting one right next to the 2nd battery as a back up is useless. If anything just buy quality fuse holders and fuses and you will be fine but if you want to spend money on a second one put it right next to the first Quote J. ChevyBoy
true that. i think kingsuv (bill) had his wire catch on fire. not sure if he had a fuse between his front and back, but its damn sure worth it.
GHOPPOMAN
If u had a short somewhere between both batts and the front fuse blew, the wire would still be live! put 2 fuse like the pic so if there is a short both fuses will blow and the wire wont be live anymore. emperorjj1
whoops forgot about getting a short... i thought you ment the main goal of the second one was to blow if the first didnt. Quote J.
