Hey. i have 2 kicker comp 12"s running off an Alpine MRP-m500 and i wanna make or buy a new box. i have a ranger SINGLE cab so the box cant really, well FIT in my cab, thus i have it laying in my bed covered by my snugtop. now i know it slides around when im driving but what can i do to make that stop as well.

i was lookin @ boxs for 2 12"s in my area and the price was avg around.... 59.99... is that good or should i try to make my own. im new at making boxes. just turned 18 and just got a starter system thats gotta work until i find a job which ive been trying my ass off

Build period. Trust me the end product will be better then any prefab you could buy. You would be surprised by the difference in performance. You will also be quite satisfied after building the enclosure for yourself.

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

Blow-through.

Not really an easy thing to do, though.
