The first one looks better but the color of the font should be changed. It gets washed out and hard to read in some areas.

First one because it has more detail to it. But I'm not a fan of the colors, nor font.

Personally, I don't like either. I'd suggest using font blending options and put stroke around the font and maybe use some other font techniques, maybe outer glow or drop shadow. The basic Render sun spots you used look Cliché, they're overused in a lot of work. I dont' mean to be harsh but it just doesn't look good to me. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you take my little tips into use. For now, I'd choose the second, it isn't as flashy but is bolder, I don't like the blue.
