lonzorizo Posted February 10, 2010 Report Posted February 10, 2010 What are my options as to powering two pioneer premier 12" shallow subs? They are 1500w max and 400w rms (single 2ohm). What type of amp should I be looking for? I was thinking a mono amp that would be 800rms stable at 2 ohms....is this right? Thanks in advance...
R_Mac_1 Posted February 10, 2010 Report Posted February 10, 2010 If they really are single 2 ohm, then you want an mono amp that gives you around 800 watts RMS @ 1 ohm or 4 ohms.
