Besides, i measured voltage at the harness where it plugs into the ballast and nothing, 0 Volts. So there has to be a problem in the black box that is part of the harness. It's not like you could make a ton of money selling the old one. At the very least they should of sent a RA tag with the new harness. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
