Trust me if I had that kind of disposable income I would I one of those for everything I drive. As far as a budget I am not sure. Depends on my mood when it is time to spend the funds. You got 600 watt RMS subs and that amp is said to do more than rated, so it till give your subs over 500 watts each which would be fine (with 1 amp to each pair of subs).
