8 D4 subs down to 2ohms

Someone know how to get 8 dual 4ohm subs down to 2 ohms?

My amp clips at my usual volume at four ohms, and it goes to protect if i play 1ohm for more than 15-30 seconds.

im guessing if you just add four more to that its the same final load ? never delt with 8 subs lol

by my math, you can get it to 1 ohm or 4 ohms, but not 2 ohms.....

4+4=8 1 sub

8+8=16 2 subs

16/4=4 8 subs

4+4=8 1 sub

8/2=4 2 subs

4+4=8 4 subs

8/2=4 8 subs

4/4=2 1 sub

2/2=1 2 subs

1+1=2 4 subs

2/2=1 8 subs

I'm thinking it cant be done and still keep an even amount of power going to each sub.

it would be louder running 4 at 2 ohms with the amp you have

If it clips at 4ohm, then put set you're gains properly.

I did. but what i was saying is it doesnt get as loud at 4 ohms without clipping.

But fuck it. im getting a new amp as soon as possible.

And theres no combo of series and parallel that would get 2 ohms?
