Michael314 Posted February 15, 2010 Report Share Posted February 15, 2010 (edited) I currently have to 2 Sony Xplod 12" subs on a 2000(?)Watt Special Series Xplod amp in a vented box. I am adding the 15" P2s with a Rockford Fosgate 500Watt amp. < < (sorry I dunno the exact name off hand, and Im in a hurry to get to work) I know a lot of people dis Sony, I for one love my 2 12"s. I have a jeep Grand C-Laredo, and my interior and roof is flexing. Sorry for adding ^that^ line, the only other forum I am a apart of people feel that if they don't add their opinion, and make it sound negative, that life can't go on. Anyway moving on... 3 Questions 1.) If all the above are in vented boxes how do you think it will sound? 2.) If anyone is familiar with Bostwick, Do they sound better or louder than Punch? 3.) jizazz12 Posted February 15, 2010 Report Share Posted February 15, 2010 not a good idea to mix sub's, if you like Sony you should stick with Sony.the P'2s are nice sub's but if your going with punch try the p3's, i had a set of p3 12's and they sounded real good but than i found DC and never looked back. there are allot of good affordable subs out there you should shop around be for you make a decision on punch.i think you could probably get two dc LVL 3's and a fosgate t1500/1bd or a AQ1200 for your price range.
