I emailed the guy, I guess he isn't online though.

I assume there is a specific 240A alt that I need. Im pretty sure there is one just meant for jeep right? or are all iraggi's the same?

he builds them in the same type of case that your alt is now. He can build whatever you want. You can get less then 240, or more. He'll email you prices tomorrow probably.

EDIT: and just curious, how what part of the site do you go to, to look at the SMD subs?

Have you got much money? I think I'll wire my car like this then SUE YOU WHEN IT BURNS TO THE GROUND. Don't give shit advice, especially dangerous shit advice like this.

You need _2_ fuses on the battery feed from the front to the back of the vehicle. If it shorts in the middle and you only have a fuse at the front your huge ass rear battery will still dump current and set the damn car on fire.

I wanted to say something, but the way this thread is going, I bit my tongue. :)

Current system:

1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s

Previous systems:

2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz.

1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz.
