Epics Beard Man is Thomas Bruso, also known as "Tom Slick" or "Vietnam Tom". He's a San Francisco Bay resident who has apparently spent some time serving in jail. He was tased during an Oakland A's game for sitting in the wrong seat and drinking alcohol.
